A two-layer process gets you from application to dispatch-ready, with hospital-specific authorization at the core.
1 · Network verification
We verify your license, insurance, NPI, and background so you are recognized across the VitalPass network.
2 · Hospital-specific training & authorization
Each partner hospital requires you to complete its training modules, upload documents, and pass attestations before you can be dispatched to its sites. Authorizations carry an expiration and are tracked automatically.
Staying eligible
Keep credentials current and complete renewals before they expire. VitalPass notifies you ahead of expirations so you never lose dispatch eligibility.
