We operate as a Business Associate to partner hospitals and handle protected health information under a signed Business Associate Agreement.

Credentialing & authorization

Every provider must pass network verification and hospital-specific training and authorization before becoming eligible for case dispatch, with expirations tracked and enforced.

Auditability

Authorization decisions, case events, and billing actions are captured in an immutable audit log available to hospital administrators.
