Accounts & eligibility

Provider accounts require valid licensure and completion of hospital-specific training and authorization before dispatch. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping credentials current.

Acceptable use

You agree to use VitalPass only for lawful clinical and administrative purposes related to dental clearance.

• Do not misrepresent credentials or authorization status
• Do not access cases outside your assignment or role
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service

Limitation of liability

VitalPass coordinates dispatch and documentation but does not practice medicine or dentistry. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed provider and the hospital care team.
